न्यायJustice
सरकार किसी भी दल की हो—निर्णय, प्रक्रिया, जिम्मेदारी और परिणाम जनता के सामने स्पष्ट हों।Any government must answer: what happened, how, who is responsible, and what will prevent recurrence.
जवाबदेहीAccountability
